Punta Bulata Photos - Sipalay- Negros

It’s a zigzag, rocky road on the way to this place, similar to Baguio. Unlike Baguio, however, surrounding the roads are either sugar cane plantation and/or beaches. I honestly can’t imagine anyone reaching this place by bus. But then, the saying that “difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations” also apply to Punta Bulata White Beach Resort & Spa, a place that I have discovered over the recent holidays, in the almost hidden barangay in Cauayan, Negros Occidental. Negros Occidental runs hundreds festive occasions, and some of its largest festivities are popular even for people who are not from this province, such as the Sinulog Festival, which will take place in Kabankalan City this week, Masskara and Panaad sa Negros in Bacolod City.
