It’s a zigzag, rocky road on the way to this place, similar to Baguio. Unlike Baguio, however, surrounding the roads are either sugar cane plantation and/or beaches. I honestly can’t imagine anyone reaching this place by bus. But then, the saying that “difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations” also apply to Punta Bulata White Beach Resort & Spa, a place that I have discovered over the recent holidays, in the almost hidden barangay in Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
