After three
years, we went there again last Thursday and Mang Vic’s Bulalauhan was our
first agenda of the day before a photo shoot. It is located at the ride side of the road from
the bridge, and after going to Siera Madre, a cool place that can
potentially be your next best bet after
Tagaytay. It’s a weekday and yet cars and people were there to have their lunch
and two big pots of boiling beef bulalo are displayed outside its restaurant.
