The
invasion of Japanese ramen restaurants in the Philippines is a testament to how
Filipinos love noodles. In addition, the fact that I can live with eating
noodles everyday confirms the Japanese blood that runs in my veins. Noodles are
not only my comfort food but a sure essential to my pantry.
