Authentic
Japanese restaurants have been here for many years and Japanese food like maki,
sushi, sashimi, sukiyaki, tempora, yakitori, tonkatsu and ramen are not new to
us. They have always been popular here although I the awareness heightened when
we started seeing people lining up to Japanese restaurants serving Tonkatsu and
Ramen.
