When it comes to pleasing the Filipino palatte, one of the safest routes to achieving this would be coming up with ‘silog in the menu: tapsilog (tapa+ sinangag+ ilog), bangsilog (bangus+ sinangag+itlog), longsilog (longganisa+sinangag+itlog), cornsilog (corned beef+sinangag+itlog) and many more variations of dishes siding fried egg and fried rice.
